At the southern edge of the village with a view of the mountains, 10 minutes walk to the town center, below Trautersdorf, our newly built in 2016 vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our family home. Via an outside staircase you reach the completely furnished vacation apartment (approx. 45sqm). Through the hallway you enter the south-facing living room with satellite TV (flat screen) and south-facing balcony. Here you have a wonderful view of meadows, forests and the Chiemgau Alps with the local mountain "Kampenwand". The high-quality fitted kitchen integrated into the living room is equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove, refrigerator incl. freezer, etc. Bathroom with shower/washbasin/WC equipped with hairdryer. From the hallway you reach the separate bedroom with double bed (160x200) with open gallery via a solid wood staircase a built-in wardrobe with separate suitcase compartment offers enough storage space, stereo/dab+. WLAN- guest access is available free of charge. All rooms with windows, controlled living room ventilation. Non-smoking apartment. No animals allowed.
